Happy Sunday, guys!

The last couple of weeks have felt a little slow in the braiding world for me. Other work commitments have been taking my attention, and I can feel that anxiety creeping up. Because, hey — I love this community and what we’re building here.

After posting this video from our recent in-person class at my wife’s business here in San Francisco, I’ve been getting so many messages from dads around the world asking for classes to come to them.

I wish I could just hop on a plane and take this on the road! Not there yet (haha), but believe me: if I can figure out a way to make it happen without charging $1000 per person, I’d do it in a second.

And I’m working on it. 😉

This week was all about Lace Braided Pigtails.

It’s the perfect example of how beginner and intermediate styles can come together into something fun and creative. Once you start leveling up, combinations like this really open the door to experimenting.
